Introduction

Complete strain gauge based monitoring systems can be created supporting most manufacturers different types of resistive/foil and vibrating wire strain gauges. Data can be recorded and displayed by a PC, stored inside remote data recorder for local download or transmitted remotely across the Internet.

Any combination of foil or vibrating wire sensor can be used by mixing the different interfaces that are available.

Systems from 1 to hundreds of channels can be supplied either as a series of parts or as a complete system ready for installation.

All types of strain gauge and load cells are supported and these can be used to create any size and type of PC based strain gauge measurement system. The Q-LOG software can be configured to use vibrating wire as well as foil based sensors.

Remote Reporting Solutions

All of the strain gauge interfaces can be used to create stand-alone automatic reporting systems when used in collaboration of the EZI-LOG data logger and Web interface. The sensor interfaces connect to all types of the foil based and vibrating wire strain gauges.

Data is sent out automatically cross the mobile phone GPRS networks and stored to a database. An E-mail alarm system can be used to warn the User if a pre-set condition has been exceeded.
