Integrated Multi-Sensor
Solution
For the AquaBat Water Level
Recording Instrumentation
The examples below
demonstrate how
multiple input sensor systems are created. The standard system accepts
6 sensor inputs
and can be expanded to suit many
different applications by adding the expansion hub and different sensor
interfaces.
Intelligent Sensors that use the SDI-12
digital network for communications such as rain buckets, anemometers
and pyranometers can simply plug into the expansion hub and then can be
used by the logger.
For most applications when adding a
new sensors only a single configuration instruction is required to
acquire and store new data.

Liquid Level Sensors
Additional liquid level sensors can
be added to the instrumentation by simply plugging the sensor into the
expansion hub.
Additional expansion hubs can be
daisy chained together for larger systems.
Analogue input signals
from strain
gauges, thermocouples, RTD, 4-20
mA current loops etc can be added to the instrumentation by simply
adding the AquaDAT sensor interface.
