Introduction
Keynes Controls
specialise in the
design, manufacture and supply of measuring and control systems ranging
from individual sensors to complete customised measurement solutions.
The manufacture process includes all hardware and software operations
for embedded products, as well driver software for larger solutions
requiring the use of Microsoft Windows and Linux / Unix operating
systems applications.
Full consultation service is available where a project can be examined in depth. Keynes will undertake to design of any new systems and carry this through the prototyping stage until a solution to the required specification is available.
A wide range of knowledge is available for clients to utilise as all electronic systems shown under the Aquabat.net website have been designed and manufactured in-house.
Innovative features such as remote or field upgraded software can be included so that new features can be added to products without having to return them to Keynes for upgrades.

products to be built smaller, use less power, and utilise lower cost
components.

manufactured for clients over the years. New interface boards for the
popular NetPod 4004 synchronised data acquisition system have been
provided for dedicated tasks. Specialised sensors for
hydrological and geo-technical
applications have been created.

Electronic Noised Immunity Tests
Keynes Controls can support a product / system development to pass regulatory noise immunity tests. The image to the left demonstrates one of the many tests carried out during a development.
Keynes Controls use
CAD
design software to speed up the delivery of products from the design
stage through to manufacture .
The CAD system is also
used to
create a 3-D image of a new
design before it goes into manufacture. This is ideal for visualising
how a new device will appear before it is completed.
