All of the Keynes Controls vibrating wire sensor interfaces use the Auto-resonance sensor excitation technique to drive and take measurements from the sensors. This excitation technique offers superior measurements to Pluck systems, does not require any knowledge of the sensor operating characteristics, and also minimises the strain put onto sensor coils and  


There is very little wasted energy outside the band of frequencies close to the desired sensor resonance frequency. The systems automatically adjust the sensor excitation to the resonant frequency of the coil. All of the Keynes Controls range of vibrating wire interfaces have been designed optimise the life of the sensors.

Mobus versions of the VibWire-101 and VibWire-108 instruments can be suppl;Ied. These units can be directly connected to plant wide SCADA and Control Systems.


Thes Modbus version instruments will work with any other 3rd party Modbus devices on the same network.
