The USB-485
is the Keynes Controls single port USB to RS-485
media converter. This device enables a PC or laptop to be used as a
stand-alone data recorder or
to test and configure a range of intelligent sensors.
A free application package is available that enables testing, configuring and data recording for most manufactures RS-485 digital
network sensors and interfaces.
This product uses Microsoft Windows Qualified Drivers that will automatically install from the operating system for most Notebooks, Laptops and PC computer systems.

The USB-485v1
media converter enables data from
any RS-485 based sensor or
interface to be recorded by a PC or laptop computer system. The device
is simple to install, and uses Microsoft Windows qualified drivers that
download and install automatically.
A free software application can be used to configure, test and acquire data from any third party sensor or interface supporting the digital RS-485
network.
