The Keynes Controls
wireless In-place
inclinometer systems are modular in approach and therefore are very
flexible and can be configured to operate for many different
applications.
The simplest stand-alone
systems use the GPRS mobile phone network to transfer data from a
remote site to a clients computer system. The GPRS systems
operate where ever there is a mobile phone network and can be moved
from place to place to suit any project requirements.
For local remote systems a
wide
range of radio modems can be used such as spread spectrum units when
there is a lot of electrical interference, to long distance radio
modems for applications outside the range of the GPRS mobile networks.
The Keynes Controls MODEL IPI-15-SDI12 provide tilt data directly in
engineering units of mm/m or deg. The sensor temperature values are
supplied in units of Deg c.
Custom manufactured glass
metal
seals are used to secure the signal cables to the sensors. The seals
make sure the water integrity of the housing is never breached and the
internal electronics remain dry and free from the effects of moisture
and humidity.

- Monitoring the extent and
rate of
horizontal movement of embankments dams, embankments on soft ground,
and alongside open cut excavations or tunnels.
- Monitoring the deflection
of
bulkheads, piles or retaining walls.
- Tilt angles to +/-

- Results in engineering
units mm/m, Deg

Introduction
The Keynes Controls
wireless in-place
inclinometer systems use the latest state-of-art
solid state sensors mounted inside specially machined stainless-steel
housing to create high reliable, accurate tilt monitoring systems that
can be deployed into many different applications and locations.
The use of advanced
electronics,
low noise signal conditioning, integrated data error checking, and
advanced power management techniques ensure the data is recorded
accurately and reported reliably.
Keynes Controls is a
complete
systems provider and manufacture everything shown for the wireless in-place
inclinometer systems.
All results supplied in
engineering
units.
Ezi-LOG
Internet Ready Data Recording & Reporting
The simplest method for
acquiring
tilt data from a remote In-place
inclinometer chain is to use the Keynes Controls Ezi-Log
Web interface software. This software enables remotely acquired data to
be viewed and downloaded from a Web page making data available on any
device capable of using a Web Browser.
The Ezi-Log
software gives the User the ability to gather data from any number of
locations and to access that data in a format suitable for analysis.
Data from Ezi-Log can be
viewed in a series of panel meters on a Microsoft Windows PC when used
in collaboration of the free Q-Log
applications software.
